Bored of having grilled paneer, I decided to make Paneer bhurji just like egg bhurji. You can also make balls of this mixture and add to roti and turn it into paneer paratha.

Ingredients

  • listcheck75 gms Paneer
  • listcheck2 Slices Cheese
  • listcheck1 Small Onion
  • listcheck1 Small Tomato
  • listcheck1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckSpices as per taste
  • listcheck10 gms Ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. On a hot pan pour 10 gms ghee
  • Step-2
    2. Saute Onion and Tomato and then add salt, ginger garlic paste, Spices
  • Step-3
    3. Add half a cup of water and cover the lip and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Step-4
    4. Remove lid Grate paneer onto the simmering mixture
  • Step-5
    5. Add Cheese slices on top of it
