100 gms curd 3 or 4 elaichi - crushed 6 almonds - crushed sugar free drops - as needed Strain the curd for few hours to completely remove the water content. Transfer it to a bowl when water is fully strained. Add the crushed almonds and elaichi. Add sugar free drops as needed ( i added just 2 drops ). Beat it nicely. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve .
