25 gms wheat flour 25 gms soya flour 2 eggs whole pinch of salt 6 tsp erythritol 2 tsp ghee 5 almonds finely sliced a pinch of baking powder take a bowl. add all dry ingredients like flour, erythritol, salt, baking powder. slowly add eggs one by one. add ghee. mix well using cut & fold method. set in a greased baking tray. spread almonds on top. bake in air fryer on 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
