Ingredients

  • listcheckFlour ( I used aashirwad’s sugar control) -80g Soya granules -30 g Onions -50g Green chilli -1 Salt and black pepper as per your taste Oil -10g
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Knead the dough with pinch of salt
  • Step-2
    Remove excess water from boiled soya granules and add finely chopped onion along with all the spices
  • Step-3
    Heat 7 g oil in a pan and stir fry this mixture until excess water is gone
  • Step-4
    Roll the dough and make momos. Steam it for 15-20 min. With these ingredients you can make 6 big momos
