Step-1Heat a nonstick pan and add half of the ghee. Add minced garlic and saute for 20 s. Saute onion for a minute. Season with salt, half of black pepper and chilli flakes. Add capsicum and saute. Add cherry tomato, saute and transfer to a plate.
Step-2Whisk egg with salt and remaining pepper and red chilli flakes. Tear the bread into pieces and make bread crumbs using a blender. Bring a non stick pan to heat and keep on low flame. Add the remaining ghee and pour the egg mixture. Cook covered for 30s. Add bread crumbs on top of the omlette( omlette should be half cooked at this point ) and cook for another 30s. Carefully flip the omlette.
Step-3Spread pasta sauce over the flipped side ( can use ketch up also) . Top with cooked vegetables. Tear the cheese slice and place evenly( any cheese will work ). Top with oregano. Cover and cook on the lowest flame for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted properly.
