Step-1Mix all the flours along with cooking soda and keep it aside.
Step-2Clean and cut spinach leaves and onion. It must be finely chopped and add it to the flour mixture.
Step-3Now add all dry ingredients and mix well. I have added pinch of dry masalas.
Step-4Slowly add water until you get thick paste consistency.
Step-5In a appe pan, grease it with olive oil/ghee and pour in the paste in equal portions and cover it.
Step-6Let it cook for 4 mins and flip on other side or until it's golden brown on both sides.
Step-7Note: I have tried without oil as well. But that won't give you the same coating as in the pic. But taste wise, both are same
