PANEER CHILLY 🍲 It’s an OMAD Sunday..so here is the big meal of the day!! INGREDIENTS -150 grams paneer. - 100 grams veggies (sliced cabbage, capsicum and some sliced onions, 2-3 sliced green chillies) - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. - 1 tsp dark soya sauce. PROCEDURE - Cut and shallow fry cubes/rectangular pieces of paneer and keep aside in a dry bowl. Sprinkle some salt on it. - Take 1 tbsp oil (groundnut/olive) and add onion slices, chillies and ginger garlic paste to it. Sauté till pink. - add other veggies to it and sauté till cooked partially. - add paneer and mix well. - Sprinkle some water, add 1 tsp of dark soy sauce n mix well. Njoy the meal. Completed my macros with a chilled whey shake 🙂
