Step-1Heat the milk on low flame till it solidifies.
Step-2In a pan, add ghee and pumpkin. Cook it covered with a lid for 10 minutes on low flame.
Step-3Add the artificial sweetener, cardamom powder and solidified milk. Cook for 2 minutes
Step-4Grease the vessel and place cooked the pumpkin in it. Garnish with almonds and cool it before serving.
