Dusherra Special!! You never realize your true potential until the maid goes for a leave. salad is something which I never want to chop. Somehow I just decided to be lazy there. But not yesterday when I got some fresh green veggies and a nice Avocado.

Ingredients

  • Step-1
    1. Beat the chicken breast to make it flat.
  • Step-2
    2. In a heated non stick pan smeared with butter, place the breast for 1 min and then flip it to the other side.
  • Step-3
    3. Cover the pan and lower the flame to minimum and keep it intact for 10 min . Do not open the lid.
  • Step-4
    4. After10 min switch off the gas and let it be for 10 min. do not open the lid.
  • Step-5
    5 After 10 min take out the chicken breast and slice it to get a juicy one.
  • Step-6
    6. Chop your favorite and available veggies and add a dash of lime. I like it that way. you may make dressing as you like it.
