Ingredients

  • listcheckTuna (50 gms)
  • listcheckTomato (50 gms)
  • listcheckEgg (0.5 piece)
  • listcheckOnion (50 gms)
  • listcheckTortilla (30 gms)
  • listcheckOlive oil (0.5 tsp)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Dice the tomato and onion and mix together with the olive oil, some salt and pepper and the greek yoghurt
  • Step-2
    Scoop in the can of tuna and crumble the hard boiled egg in
  • Step-3
    Put the tuna mixture onto the tortilla wraps and roll up tight
  • Step-4
    Slice on a diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic film and consume within a day.
