Air fried masala vada ,festival spl

Ingredients

  • listcheck10 gms urad dal
  • listcheck20 gms chana dal
  • listcheck10 gms green moong dal
  • listcheck10 gms moong dal
  • listcheckSalt green chili per taste ,grated ginger
  • listcheckFew onion and spinach,curry leaves (finely chopped)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak all the dals for 4-5 hrs
  • Step-2
    Drain water well and grind them coarse
  • Step-3
    Mix in salt,chili,ginger chopped onion ,spinach,curry leaves
  • Step-4
    Preheat air fryer to 180
  • Step-5
    Take a small cake mould that fits in air fryer and cover it with parchment paper,make small balls and press them flat on parchment paper
  • Step-6
    Bake for 20 mins then remove and put them in air fryer basket and bake for another 15 minutes
