How to make & masala vada Air fried

Step-1

Soak all the dals for 4-5 hrs

Step-2

Drain water well and grind them coarse

Step-3

Mix in salt,chili,ginger chopped onion ,spinach,curry leaves

Step-4

Preheat air fryer to 180

Step-5

Take a small cake mould that fits in air fryer and cover it with parchment paper,make small balls and press them flat on parchment paper

Step-6

Bake for 20 mins then remove and put them in air fryer basket and bake for another 15 minutes
