Material required: 50g Almonds, 50g Cashew, 200g crushed coconut, 250ml milk, 40g honey, saffron 1-2g , ghee 5tsp. First Crush Coconut and Almond plus cashew separately. Put the pan Over Gas flame and pour 5 tsp ghee. Put crushed coconut in to pan and fry until turns golden brown. Take 250 ml. skimmed milk or tonned milk and mix 8 tsp honey into it or one can add any sweetner as per taste. mix this milk plus honey in to the pan and stir until it turns almost dried. Add 5-6 threads of saffron in to 1 tsp milk and pour in pan. mix the crushed almond and cashew to the pan and stir to make it hard or dried. Spread in a plate to get solidify. Cut in to the cakes (almost 36 cakes). take 1 or 2 cake when ever feel low sugar level but good to take after workout.This receipe is made by my Husband for me. you people can try and share the experience about the taste if you like.
