Ingredients

  • listcheckTraditional rolled Oats : 45 g
  • listcheckChia Seeds : 15 g
  • listcheckVanilla Whey Protein Powder : 20 g
  • listcheckAlmond Milk : 100 ml
  • listcheckDouble Shot Espresso coffee : 2 cups
  • listcheckBanana : 100 g
  • listcheckMaple Syrup : 15 ml
  • listcheckCoffee Beans : 5 g
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a jar, add oats, coffee, almond, milk, protein powder and chia seeds.
  • Step-2
    Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake.
  • Step-3
    Re-open the jar and add the sliced banana, a small amount of coffee beans and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.
  • Step-4
    Put the lid back on the jar and place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight.
