Oats with fruits n nuts
A lot of people have less time for breakfast prep in the morning. I have the same problem where I need to get up at around 4.30 AM everyday and board a train at quarter passed 5. I came across this simple meal prep hack on Youtube and thought of sharing it. This meal can also be customizable. The best way is to prepare meal the night before and enjoy it the next day. Oats is widely preffered breakfast option accompanied with egg/any other protein food.
