There are healthier versions of pasta for lesser value than ₹4000 noodles🤪. My meal for tonight, a delicious and heavenly pasta. Took almost half an hour to find the right pasta and sauce in the supermarket. Did calculations on accommodating it in my diet chart. So what I did was, replaced my dal and rice with the pasta and sauce. I haven’t added cheese as the sauce was already creamy with mozzarella. So here goes the details - 25gms rice/wheat flour and 25gms dal replaced with 50g pasta and 50g sauce.
