How to make & Fish fry
Clean and cut the fish in the form of slices and marinate it with ginger garlic paste.
In a mixer, take coriander leaves, spinach, chillies, salt and lime juice and make a paste out of it.
Add this green paste to fish along with all dry spices and coat it well.
In a non stick pan, add ghee/butter/oil and let the fish fry until it caramel brown on both the sides.
Note: 2 fish pieces are of 200gm and also you can avoid ghee/oil as this fish originally has sufficient fat content in it.
