How to make & Baked Baingan Jhukka

Step-1

Wash and dry the baingan with a towel

Step-2

Cut the baingan vertically into half

Step-3

Rub the spices in the baingan

Step-4

Then transfer them to a baking tray and put the oil evenly on the baingan. turn and rub the oil in the tray to coat them with oil evenly

Step-5

bake the baingan in a preheated oven at 200 degree Fahrenheit for 35 mins. stop in between and shuffle for better results
