30 gms soya chunks 50 gms mutter (frozen) 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp ghee salt as per tasted take a pressure cooker. add ghee & onion. cook till brown. add tomato, spices, salt, ginger garlic paste. cook well. add soya chunks & mutter (peas). cook for 2 whistles. serve with steamed rice.
