  • listcheck15g chia seeds
  • listcheck20g vanilla whey protein powder
  • listcheck100ml almond milk
  • listcheckDouble shot espresso coffee
  • listcheck100g banana
  • listcheck15ml Queens sugar free Maple Syrup
  • listcheckCoffee beans to top
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a jar, add oats, coffee, almond milk, protein powder, & chia seeds
  • Step-2
    Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake
  • Step-3
    Re-open the jar, & add sliced banana, small amount of coffee beans, & a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup
  • Step-4
    Put the lid back on the jar and place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight
