Ingredients

  • listcheckMash banana 150gm, peel & slice apple 150gm, cut 8 raspberry in quarters, egg 1
  • listcheckMix oats 50gm, almond powder 25gm , whey 1.5 scoop , baking powder 1tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mash banana , peel & slice apple, cut raspberry in 4, beat egg ... keep aside all these ingredients ready.
  • Step-2
    Mix oats, almond powder, whey , baking powder
  • Step-3
    Except the apple slices - take a mixing bowl and mix both the wet & dry ingredients throughly .
  • Step-4
    Finally line the baking tray with wax paper line it with a brush with 5gm of melted butter. Then pour in the batter & arrange the apple slices on top & bake till done .

    Cut in 12 pcs ( 72.5 calories each)
