Step-1Soak moong dal and rice for 3 to 4 hrs. Grind dal, rice, onion , green chillies and garlic. Make it thicker than dosa consistency. Add salt and cumin powder. Heat a pan. Grease pan with oil and add the batter. When it is cooked add paneer and chaat masala. Roll the chilla and enjoy it with coriander chutney.
