Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 50gms
  • listcheckGreen and yellow moong dal 30gms
  • listcheckRice 20gms
  • listcheckGreen chillies, onion and garlic
  • listcheckSalt, cumin powder, chat masala
  • listcheckOil 5gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak moong dal and rice for 3 to 4 hrs. Grind dal, rice, onion , green chillies and garlic. Make it thicker than dosa consistency. Add salt and cumin powder. Heat a pan. Grease pan with oil and add the batter. When it is cooked add paneer and chaat masala. Roll the chilla and enjoy it with coriander chutney.
