so it's festive around & you like kheer ... try this ... 50 gms rice 200 ml milk 7 tsp erythritol 2 tsp ghee pinch of kesar pinch of salt pinch of cardamom powder 5 badam (Kaju Kishmish is for garnish only 😜) bring milk to a boil in a separate sauce pan. cook rice separately with little salt & 2 tsp ghee. add kesar, cardamom powder & erythritol to milk. boil till it thickens. add rice in milk & give a good mix. serve hot or chilled with crushed almonds or dry fruits.
