Ingredients

  • listcheck200g mushrooms
  • listcheck1 onion
  • listcheck1 capsicum
  • listcheck50-60g soya chunks
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add onion capsicum and few mustard seeds in a pan with 2tsp olive oil
  • Step-2
    Add 200g mushroom , 1 tsp salt and red chili powder and 1tsp coriander powder and after mushroom is cooked, add 50g soya chunks(boiled). cook for 2 mins. and its ready
