Ingredients

  • listcheck3 whole eggs
  • listcheck2 slice of bread
  • listcheck30 gms tomato and onion
  • listcheck5 gms olive oil
  • listcheckSalt,herbs and spices
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Beat 3 eggs in a bowl
  • Step-2
    Add salt,herbs, chopped tomato and onion
  • Step-3
    Mix them well
  • Step-4
    Now heat the non stick pan
  • Step-5
    Put oil in it
  • Step-6
    Pour the egg mixture on to the pan
  • Step-7
    Now place bread slice on top of it and cook it until it golden brown.
  • Step-8
    Flip it to cook it from both the sides.
  • Step-9
    You can have it with green chatni or sauce.
