Ingredients

  • listcheckOats 50g
  • listcheckWhey protein (cookie and cream) 1 scoop
  • listcheckamul cream 40g
  • listcheckGhee 10g
  • listcheckBanana 50g (optional)
  • listcheckWhole egg 1
  • listcheckstevia (as per taste)
  • listcheckbaking powder (1 tsp)
  • listcheckunsweetened Coco powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl first, add cream, egg and banana and make it cake like consistency. in case this is thick, add a little water. Grease the baking tray with Ghee and pour the batter. prehit air fryer for 5 mins at 160. Bake the cake for 10-12 mins at 160 in air fryer. let it cool down and enjoy your cake The picture contains 3 times the quantity mentioned, a meal sorted for my next 3 days :)
