Spinach mushroom Egg bhurji : Ingredients : Spinach 100gm Mushrooms 100 gm Egg White - 2 NOs Whole Egg - 2 NOs Recipe : * Heat the pan , put one table spoon of oil * Put a pinch of mustard, then 3-4 garlic * Put the spinach on the pan * Wash mushroom and put with the spinach ,add salt as per taste , wait for 5 minutes till it becomes dry . * Use eggs ,stair it with low flame * Use a pinch of cumin powder and salt as per taste .
