here is low calorie twist for Pizza

Ingredients

  • listcheckSprouts - 75gms
  • listcheckSoya Flour - 15 gms
  • listcheckCurd - 25 gms
  • listcheckoil - 5 ml
  • listcheckMozrilla cheese - 50 gms
  • listcheckVegetables (Capsicum, Tomato, Onion)
  • listcheckPizza Sauce as per need
  • listcheckOregano as per need
  • listcheckChilli Flakes as per need
  • listcheckBaking powder - 1 tsp
  • listcheckBaking soda - a pinch
  • Method

  • Step-1
    For base - use dried sprouts and grind in the mixture.
  • Step-2
    Add soya flour , baking soda, baking powder, curd, some salt and chilli flakes to the sprouts mixture
  • Step-3
    Blend them well and keep it aside for 10 mins. ( can add more spices as per choice)
  • Step-4
    Apply some oil to the pizza pan and spread the mixture to pan and bake it for ten minutes(or make it like usual besan chilla on tawa)
  • Step-5
    Once a side is baked - flip the side and now add veges cheese orgenao chilli flakes to the cooked side and again keep it on heat untill cheese is fully melted
  • Step-6
    Chilla pizza is ready to serve
