How to make & Appe Palak Paneer

Step-1

soak the measured rice in water for 30 mins.

Step-2

weigh the paneer and grate it.

Step-3

grind the soaked rice with chillies and spinach

Step-4

take it out in a bowl and mix the grated paneer and salt

Step-5

spoon it in hot appe pan

Step-6

cover and cook for 5 mins, turn and further cook for 5 mins

Step-7

I didn't add any ghee but you can use it but adjust the macros accordingly
