Step-1Boil water and add the whole spices along with the rice. Add some salt and few drops of ghee.
In a wok heat around 8g of ghee and add the ginger garlic paste. Cook till the raw smell goes off. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, biriyani masala and cook for some time.
Add the paneer and veggies and some water and cook it covered.
Check for salt and spice levels and adjust accordingly.
Once the veggies are cooked, layer the cooked rice over the same and top it up with the remaining ghee.
Cover for sometime to let it cook in the steam and all the flavours to infuse with each other.
