Ingredients: mutton (200 grams - shoulder piece cut into small pieces), ghee - 2 tbl spoon, onion - 40 grams, tomato- 40 grams, ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon, dry spices of choice, salt to taste, curd - 2 tbl spoon, green chillies- 2 finely chopped, 1 lemon juice, whole garam masala, coriander and mint leaves. Recipe: marinate mutton in curd, dry spices, gg paste, green chillies, lemon juice for 4-5 hours. In a pan add ghee, whole garam masala, onion. Sauté till onion turns golden brown. Add marinated mutton. Cook for 20-30 mins. In separate pan add tomato purée and cook it till it dries up and add it in mutton. Cook for 5 mins, adjust salt and spices. Done. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
