Ingredients

  • listcheck3 whole eggs, 1 cheese slice, 2 green chillies
  • listcheck2 spoon coriander leaves, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 spoon butter, 3 spoon milk, salt, black pepper
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Keep cheese slice aside, mix all the above mentioned ingredients together and blend well. On a heated pan, brush it up with butter spread the egg mixture, when one side is half done spread cheese over it and cover it with sides and toss it upside down for less than a minute. 😁🍳 ready to hve it.
