  • listcheckDefatted soya flour 50gms
  • listcheckOats 40gms (grind it)
  • listcheckSuji/ semolina 80gms
  • listcheckCurd 100gms
  • listcheckOil 5gms
  • listcheckGinger, capsicum, tomato , onion, salt, green chillies, eno
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix defatted soya flour, oats powder and suji with curd and water till it reaches the idli batter consistency.
  • Step-2
    Add all the veggies of your choice and salt
  • Step-3
    Grease the idli cooker with oil
  • Step-4
    Lastlt add eno to the batter and steam the idlis. Its ready
