Step-1In a deep bowl, mash together poha, curd, salt, peanut powder, cauliflower, red chilli powder, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Step-2Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Grease your palm with some oil and flatten the ball on your palm. Place a small cheese cube in the centre. Gather the edges and shape them into balls.
Step-3Steam the balls on high flame for five minutes. Remove them from steamer and allow them to cool.
Step-4Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and sesame, let them splutter. Add green chillies and curry leaves.
Step-5 Lower the flame and place the balls. Turn and tilt the pan till they get well coated with tempering and turn golden brown. Remove them on serving plate.
Step-6Serve hot with chutney.
