Ingredients

  • listcheck50 gm Soya chunks
  • listcheck150 gm green vegetables ( cabbage & capsicum)
  • listcheck2 slices of processed cheese
  • listcheck50 gm paneer
  • listcheck10 gm cow ghee
  • listchecksalt and spices
  • listcheckhalf tea spoon soya souce(chings)
  • listcheckhalf tea spoon chilly sauce ( chings)
  • listcheck1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
  • listcheckhalf onion and 1 med size tomato
  • Method

  • Step-1
    boil water and add soya chunks till they get soft, squeeze water from soya chunks.
  • Step-2
    heat ghee in a large wok/kadhai. add pinch of cumin seeds/ jeera, pinch of hing, half tea spoon turmeric/haldi and 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
  • Step-3
    add soya chunks and sorte on med high flame, add finely chopped vegetables and sprinkle 2 table spoon water and cover with lid
  • Step-4
    roast paneer cubes on non stick pan
  • Step-5
    check out the wok and stir the vegetables gently
  • Step-6
    add paneer cubes to vegetables and soya and stir on med high flame
  • Step-7
    add soya sauce, green chili sauce and salt to taste and mix well and remove from flame
  • Step-8
    serve in a dish and garnish with cilantro topped up with cheese triangles
  • Step-9
