Step-1Take 180 gms of greek yogurt plain.
Step-2Add vanilla essence few drops
Step-3Add natural sweetener few drops
Step-4Chop the frozen raspberries roughly and also the pistachio. Keep aside a few for garnish and mix the rest of them in the yogurt mix.
Step-5Mix all ingredients together.
Step-6Spread the mix on a butter paper sheet placed on a cake tin or any other flat plate.
Step-7Spread it evenly and place in freezer for few hours. Let it set
Step-8After it is set take it out, cut into pieces or break it into pieces and enjoy it as a crunchy cool dessert.
