How to make & natural protein bites

Step-1

Dry Roast Ragi Flour stirring constantly till it smokes

Step-2

In a mixer grinder put the deeseded dates and peanuts and grind them

Step-3

Mix this to the roasted Ragi Flour and add ghee The entire mix binds together so that you can makes laddoos out of them

Step-4

Start making laddoos while it is hot so it binds well

Step-5

Store them in airtight jar to keep them fresh for 20-30 days
