Step-140gms defatted soya flour and 30gms Suji KO soak in hot water for around 5 minutes. Add salt and 50gms wheat flour and knead into a dough. Keep aside while you prepare the gobhi.
Steam Gobhi (I always have steamed gobhi in my fridge so it shortens the process) heat 1tsp ghee in a pan, add the gobhi and green peas and roast for some time, add salt, sukha dhaniya, garam masala, ginger green chilli paste, amchoor and some red chilli powder and chopped dhaniya.
Roll the dough into a roti and cut into 2 pieces...shape into a cone, stuff the filling and seal. Dry air fry and when almost done, apply a little ghee on top with a brush and let it roast for a few more minutes
This will make 12-14 Samosas
