Bhelpuri is the most loved street food snack. Puris and bhujiya are high in calories. This recipe gives the taste of chatpati bhelpuri but anyday better than regular bhelpuri. Recipe inspired by Chef Sanjyot Keer ❤️ tweaked by me.

Ingredients

  • listcheck50gms foxnuts
  • listcheck20gms peanuts
  • listcheckone small finely chopped onion
  • listcheckone small finely chopped tomato
  • listcheck2 boiled eggs (no yolk)
  • listcheck1tsp Tamarind & mint sauce (honey, tamarind, lemon vital ingredients)
  • listcheckDry Masala- chatmasala, coriander powder, amchoor, haldi, jeera powder, chilly powder, salt
  • listcheck1 tsp ghee
  • listcheckGarnish- Cilantro, pomegranate seeds, grated beetroot
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Dry roast foxnuts in a pan. In another pan/kadhai add ghee and saute peanuts. Once they are properly roasted add dry masalas and salt as per your taste. Make sure the flame should be low. Add roasted foxnuts and mix well. Transfer them to a bowl and add grated beetroot, onion, tomato, pomegranate, roughly chopped eggs and sauces. Mix it well and garnish with pomegranate, cilantro, lemon slice and eggwhites! This recipe serves 2. p.s. You may add sweet potatoes, sev as per your requirement. Exclude eggs if needed.
