An amazing way to indulge sweetness while completing macros.. Was craving for something sweet, found this and end up making it..

Ingredients

  • listcheckOats-35gms
  • listcheckChocolate flavoured whey- 30gms
  • listcheckalmonds-5gms
  • listcheckGroundnut-5gms
  • listcheckmilk(non-fat)-75gms
  • listcheckHershey's milk booster syrup-0.25 tbsp (Have used for garnishing so can avoid this but included in macros)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind oats, almonds and groundnuts and take it in a bowl.
  • Step-2
    In a blender, add milk, whey, the above mixture and blend it.
  • Step-3
    You can add stevia or other sugar free if you want more sweetness.
