Ingredients

  • listcheckprawns 100gm, green chiilies(per taste), butter (brush up cooking pan with your leftovers), salt, pinch of garam masala, turmeric, & red chilli or black pepper.
  • Method

  • Step-1
    brush up cooking pan with lil butter or ghee.
  • Step-2
    toss greenchillies in heated ghee/ butter and saute prawns in the pan with above mentioned spices and keep tossing upside down till you get solid white color instead of opaque. and s ready to eat. add lemon to try ;).
