How to make & Protein tikki

Step-1

Soak soya in water overnight

Step-2

Remove water from soya

Step-3

Add soya, paneer, garlic chillies in mixer/blender

Step-4

Make paste by spinning 2-3 min

Step-5

Add salt , masala and make small tikkis

Step-6

Tawa fry the tikkis.

Step-7

Taadaaa protein tikkis are ready to be served!!!
