Had left over chicken tikka from lunch and had to complete my macros with egg for the day. Hence came up with this.

Ingredients

  • listcheck2 whole eggs
  • listcheck15 gms olive pomace oil
  • listcheck50 gms chicken tikka (leftover)
  • listcheck1 onion
  • listcheck1 tomato
  • listcheckBit of coriander leaves
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, once the oil is hot add the onion, tomatoes & chicken tikka. Fry for sometime then add the two eggs and mix well. Once the egg is cooked season with salt as per taste and garnish with coriander.
