How to make & Chicken egg pizza

Step-1

1. Beat the eggs well with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and keep aside.

Step-2

2. Next pour butter into nonstick pan saute shredded potato and onion cubes well.

Step-3

3. Once the onions are little caramelized pour the beaten egg on top close and cook till 3/4th done.

Step-4

4. Next put the shredded chicken, grate cheese on top and garnish with chilli flakes and olives and cook for few seconds. (optional)

5. Make sure to use a little smaller pan to get thick size of omlette, which can be cut into pizza shape size once cooled down

6. U can also replace chicken with boiled sausages
