Step-1Roast the oats and let it cool down completely. Beside soak the almonds for few hours.
Step-2Grind the oats to form powder
Step-3Peel the almonds and chrun everything to a fine powder
Step-4Lastly add nutmeg and cardamom powder
Step-5Heat the ghee in a pan and jaggery till melts
Step-6Combine everything together and give the desired shape while it is luke warm
Step-7You can add your choice of dry fruits
