Ingredients

  • listcheckWhey protein mango flavoured- 4 scoops
  • listcheckPeanut butter- 100gms
  • listcheckMuesli- 50gms
  • listcheckFlaxseed powder- 30gms
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all the dry ingredients first
  • Step-2
    Add peanut butter to the dry mixture
  • Step-3
    Slowly add little water to have a dough like consistency
  • Step-4
    Keep the mixture for 5-10 minutes
  • Step-5
    Make balls out of the dough and serve
