Step-1Wash Poha and keep aside. Boil soya granules and strain the water. In a pan add some water and salt, steam all veggies. In a pan add ghee and jeera, add onion/ garlic, li'l salt. fry them till they turn brown and take out. In same pan, add pinch of haldi and lemon juice, mix the poha. Add steamed veggies and soya granules. Garnish with fried onions, garlic, roasted peanuts and fresh coriander.
In an electric tandoor/airfryer add baby potatoes, drizzle some olive oil and salt pepper. Roast them till they get brown. If you want charred flavor, brush some garlic butter in a pan and saute the roasted potatoes.
