Ingredients

  • listcheckFor Pav: Wheat flour : 50 g Curd: 50 g Baking powder : 1 tsp Salt: 1/4 tsp (as per taste) Red Chilly powder 1/4 tsp
  • listcheckFor Potato Filling: Potato 100 g (boiled and mashed) salt, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander and little lemon juice
  • listcheckFor garlic chutney Garlic (paste): Made out of 5-6 cloves 1 tsp read chilly powder Salt as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    For Pav Mix everything and form dough. Leave aside for 10 minutes
  • Step-2
    For Potato Filling Mix all the ingredients of potato filling and make small balls
  • Step-3
    Grease your palms with a drop of batter (of pav) and form a flat puri
  • Step-4
    Stuff the potato filling rolled in garlic chutney and roll the dough
  • Step-5
    Microwave for 1.5 minutes
  • Step-6
    Serve with green chutney or dip/chutney of your choice
