Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken boneless 200 gma
  • listcheckRice - 50 gm
  • listcheckVeggies - tomato, onion, carrot, capsicum 10g each
  • listcheckCoriander leaves/ mixed Italian herbs
  • listcheckSalt and black pepper to taste
  • listcheckWater as required.
  • listcheckCornflour (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Wash and soak rice for 20 mins. Chop chicken to bite size pieces.
  • Step-2
    Boil chicken. Strain to remove the scum.
  • Step-3
    Take 300 ml water. Boil. Add chicken, rice and all veggies. Add salt.
  • Step-4
    Cook till all ingredients done. Can adjust water. ( add cornflour paste, optional)
  • Step-5
    Season with black pepper and. Coriander leaves. Italian herbs can be used instead of coriander for different flavour.
  • Step-6
    Serve Hot.
