How to make & protein custard

Step-1

add curd and protein powder in bowl. mix well add apple and banana add dryfruit and elaichi power. mix well if you like keep it in fridge for 10-15 mins and ready to eat

if you are using vanilla flavored protein powder. elaichi is not required
