Just tried some combinations and turned out tasty custard.

Ingredients

  • listcheck50 gm curd
  • listcheck1 scoop protein powder
  • listcheck50 gm chopped apple
  • listcheck50 gm of elaichi
  • listcheck20gm dryfruits
  • Method

  • Step-1
    add curd and protein powder in bowl. mix well add apple and banana add dryfruit and elaichi power. mix well if you like keep it in fridge for 10-15 mins and ready to eat
  • Step-2
    if you are using vanilla flavored protein powder. elaichi is not required
