How to make & Gobhi ki sabji

Step-1

heat oil in pan.add hing and jeera.upon crackle add gobi.add turmeric and salt and add water.cover and cook on sim flame for 10 min. remove the lid check if Gobi is done.if excess water is there,turn the flame to high and let water evaporate completely. now add tomato, ginger, green chilli,corriander,all the masala.cook for 5 min. Serve hot
